Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Rock Pitch Ltd, we aim to provide a transparent and fair process for refunds and cancellations. Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing our services.

1. Before the Campaign Starts

  • Clients must wait 10 business days from the date of purchase before requesting a refund if the campaign has not yet started. 
  • Refunds can only be requested after this period if placements have not been delivered. 

2. After the Campaign Starts

  • Once the campaign has begun, no cancellations or refunds will be provided under any circumstances. 

Procedure to Request a Refund or Cancellation

1. Refund Request

  • To request a refund, send an email to contact@rockpitch.co.uk with your campaign details and the reason for your request. 
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. 

2. Campaign Cancellation

  • To cancel a campaign, you must wait until the 10-business-day period has expired without receiving the playlist placements. 
  • If placements are delivered but unsatisfactory, clients may request up to two modifications or replacements of the playlists. 
  • If after two replacements the playlists remain unsatisfactory, a refund can then be requested (only if the campaign has not yet started). 
  • If the campaign has already started, no refund will be granted. 
  • A refund may also be issued if the campaign fails to meet the purchased follower target for the playlist.
