This Agreement is legally binding between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and Rock Pitch Ltd (“Rock Pitch Ltd”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this agreement, in which case the terms “User”, “you” or “your” shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, you must not accept this agreement and may not access and use the Website and Services.

By accessing and using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. You acknowledge that this Agreement is a contract between you and Rock Pitch Ltd, even though it is electronic and not physically signed by you, and it governs your use of the Website and Services.

Billing and Payments

You shall pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable.

If, in our judgment, your purchase constitutes a high-risk transaction, we may require you to provide a copy of valid government-issued photo identification and, if necessary, a copy of a recent bank statement for the credit or debit card used for the purchase.

We reserve the right to change products and pricing at any time, and to refuse any order. Orders may be limited or cancelled at our discretion, including those using the same account, card, billing, or shipping address. If changes or cancellations occur, we may notify you via the e-mail or billing information provided at the time of order.

Delivery Timeframe and Refund Policy

Delivery Timeframe:
Rock Pitch Ltd strives to deliver playlist placements within 1 to 5 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on various factors, and in some cases, it may take longer.

Refund Policy:

Refunds may not be requested until 10 business days have passed from the purchase date.
If, after that period, the service has not been delivered, clients may request a refund.
Before requesting a refund, clients may request up to two modifications to the playlist.
Once the service has been delivered, or if a refund is not requested immediately after the 10-day period, refund requests will not be accepted.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@rockpitch.co.uk.

Playlist Modification Policy

If a client is not satisfied with the playlist placements, Rock Pitch Ltd offers the option to modify or replace them within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

The modification policy is separate from the refund policy and does not extend the 10-business-day refund period, which is based strictly on the original purchase date.

Accuracy of Information

Occasionally, the Website may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (e.g., pricing, promotions, offers). We reserve the right to correct errors and update or cancel orders if any information on the Website or Services is inaccurate, without prior notice (even after an order has been placed).

We undertake no obligation to update or clarify Website information unless required by law.

During your use of the Website and Services, you may interact with third-party advertisers or sponsors. Any such activity, terms, or representations are strictly between you and the third party. Rock Pitch Ltd has no responsibility or liability for such correspondence, purchases, or promotions.
